All the spying on Celia that she had to do, the getting stood up at the cafe, being able to read the cards and still wonder if Marco ‘loved’ her. At least Celia had an inkling of what was ahead for her even if she didn’t grasp the details.Īnd Isobel sure amazed me with how long she put up with Marco. I imagine that if I was left to my own devices, I would have strayed a lot earlier in the ‘mission’ than he did. Wasn’t totally convinced of why he ‘took’ to his studies so eagerly.
